California

We got to visit our long lost friends in California for a week and we were super excited to see them!! We picked up right were we left off and it was like they never left, the best part was the boys didn't take any time to warm up to us! Katie picked us up at the airport and we stopped by Tylers new gun range to say hello then went to pick up the boys. The moment David got out of the truck Easton ran up and punched him- he was so excited to have someone to rough house with again. He had been planning for the moment David came and he got to punch him!
We went to a Halloween party while we were there, which to get the guys to decide on a costume was a task all together.  It turned out to be a fun night and made me sad to think they aren't just down the road anymore. (waiting for pics from Katie..)
Sunday we drove into San Fransisco for the day and we had a great day. Peir 39 was our first stop and it was nice to just walk around and explore.

We saw Alcatraz from afar and the infamous pile of sea lions on the docks.

 It was super cold and windy, but just to make up for it David got a huge bag of salt water taffy at one of the stores- he was in heaven. We continued walking down the road and enjoyed the street perfomers San Fran has to offer.

To top off the trip we made our way to the Golden Gate bridge, but by that time we were all fading so we got close enough to see it in the back ground of a picture.

We all did pretty good and nobody had any major melt downs which was great!

We spent the rest of the time hanging out, going to the park, pedicures and David went to work with Tyler. Overall we had a great time and missed them the moment they dropped us off at the airport! We can't wait until Christmas to see them again when they come here!!
